At all of these quick-service, multi-station restaurants that don’t have many/any vegan options in the food cases, what you get (and how good it is) depends on the chef you get that day.
There are not many pre-made items here that are vegan, but there are a couple. I had the best luck at the Indian food style station. Note that the items in the stations do appear to rotate. Double check as to which selections are vegan.
The pre-made vegan items when I was there were:
Roasted Cauliflower with Tomatoes
Roasted New Potatoes
I spoke with two chefs here, because the first chef proclaimed he was “not very good with that vegan stuff,” and he eventually brought a second chef over to help out. She seemed to know the ingredients much better off the top of her head.
She told me that all the soups there use a chicken stock base. The house-made veggie burger is made with egg, and so are all the bread items.
They had what I would call a Side Item Meal for $8.49. It would consist of 3 of the sides (Listed above. Most of which were vegan; the exception was of course the Spinach with Paneer) with the Basmati Rice (the Multigrain Rice is not vegan). I’m pretty sure the sides rotate, so be aware the selections may or may not be consistent.
The chef also offered to make a tofu and veggie stir-fry. She said that I would be charged for the beef stir-fry (which I thought was a little steep).
