Pop Century — Everything Pop WDW

At all of these quick-service, multi-station restaurants that don’t have many/any vegan options in the food cases, what you get (and how good it is) depends on the chef you get that day.

The pre-made vegan options when I was there were:
Vegetable Chili
Vegetable Soup

This quick-service food court has 3 vegetarian entrees on the menus; however, a vegan entree would need to be special ordered with a chef. I spoke with Chef Fred, and he was very nice. He told me that if we wanted something quick, the Vegetable Chili and Vegetable Soup were the only ready-made vegan options. But he was sure to point out that it was his goal to make us happy, and he would make us whatever he could as a special order–it would just take a little longer than something right off the bar.

They have the vegan veggie burger that’s available on- or off-menu just about everywhere they have veggie burgers in the parks and resorts. The Roasted Vegetable Cavatappi appeared to be vegan as a special order without the cheese. The tofu for the Roasted Vegetables with Tofu is marinated in a pesto that contains cheese, so only the vegetables are vegan.

Vegan Options by request/special order (see Chef):
Roasted Vegetables without Tofu (tofu contains dairy)
Off-Menu Vegan Veggie Burger (Gardenburger Malibu Burger) (the Black Bean Burger on the menu has dairy/egg)
Roasted Vegetable Cavatappi (special order without dairy; usually pre-made with cheese)
